Bed was big, comfortable for two persons
Basic but very clean and convenient business hotel, typical of business hotel chains in Japan. Very good value for the money, conveniently located to hospitals, shopping, and some restaurants, convenient for travelers with cars/motorcycles, and convenient bus connections to Niigata station.
As a permanent foreign resident in Japan, not a tourist (for whom a copy of their passport is required), I was disappointed that the front desk asked to copy my Japanese resident card.
